Jammer? Huh? I really don't think that we need soo many Status effects. It just makes it difficult for non-buyers to play and complicates stuff.

Man I really miss those days when Tanki was nothing but a game of turrets and hulls. ?

You know how this update feels like so far?

"We nerfed the IB. We did what you asked for. We are listening to our customers. But evey thing comes with a price. As such, we increased the price by around 20%, but wait, we have also added new stuff to the shop. So go and grab your mom's credit card and buy us a night in a 5 star hotel."

If your below marshal with MK6 your ok.

Marshal are above with MK6 your stuffed.

The HR when used with hunter/ vulcan and maxed out defender drone with IB and DA equipped at the right time, lets you fire continually before having to stop due to overheating to much for approx 26 seconds. 

Vulcan has been obliterated with this update. It imo is no longer a viable turret in battle. Because of this and all the OP updates that can take you out regardless of what combo you are using, vulcan is now one of the weakest turrets out there in regards of defending itself, not just against the enemy but from itself if IB is used for battle.

IB/HI was a big selling point for vulcan, which is why the devs changed how it worked in battle, for money. Now vulcan has served it's purpose, they nerf it big time and will no doubt spout the usual lies that it was nerfed in response to negative player feedback. 

IB cost 245,000 cry, it is now all but useless, as the self inflicting overheating damage is just not worth it to overheat enemies, as you do just as much damage to yourself as well as the enemy, if not more so.

Just like twins and the splash damage that it never had, until the devs gave it splash damage and then gave you a solution to prevent that damage, for money of course.

The devs corrupt and devious nature never, ever surprises me and yet there are STILL players who defend them no matter how many money grabbing, OP updates they bring into the game.

They are typical of any business that once they have their customers/player base, they then invent various ways to rip you off, but give just enough back (barely) to keep you hooked. 

The game is dead, only the hardcore P2W see any update the devs bring into the game as a positive.

They have crippled the game for out and out profit.

Leeches everyone of them.

Yep you are right. And we are not even allowed to "suggest " that in here because anything related to revert changes posted in the suggestion section will be immediately declined, despite the Dev have done it multiple times.

V-Log 300 should announce some news about the Tesla turret. Maybe next week's V-Log 300 will cross the path of Tanki's Birthday. I do not know that. I am just guessing so lets see what good news were about to hear next week when this new milestone of V-Logs hits its #300 mark.

We have enough good news already. Thank devs. Not to mention we will experience another "early access offer" if that you are saying is true.

Yeah, we will have an early access of the Tesla turret, then it will be released in players garages just like it did with Ares, Hopper and Crusader.

Totally confused with the drone and boost change - can this be made more complicated and less understandable?

Before the change DA & DD would give 33.3% boost without a Drone (DA reducing incoming damage by up to 50%, so 33.3% of that)

Equipping a Drone could increase the boost by up to 66.6% (3.3% per upgrade), so 100% with a fully upgraded drone

After the change DA & DD give 50% boost without a Drone, and equipping a Drone can increase that boost by up to 50% (2.5% per upgrade), so 100% with a fully upgraded drone

My drones are at level 10, so I get a boost to DA & DD of 75% (50% + 25%) instead of 66.6% (33.3% + 33.3%)

 

(I'm not convinced it was changed because of feedback, starting at 50% with up to 20 upgrades of 2.5% is easier maths than starting at 33.3% with up to 20 upgrades of 3.3%, and looks neater too)

@Tanker-Arthur and I did some testing with the new Vulcan.

If a Firebird decides to shoot you for 1 second, you can apply the full 10 seconds onto that Firebird.

If a Freeze decides to shoot you, you will be unable to burn until you have lost the freezing effect.

Heat Resistance is now more useful than Heat Immunity because you can apply your regular burn damage onto an enemy, and have half the effect onto yourself.

 

Can it compete in battle? Well, it has 200-800dps and has single target bullets, and with the 50% reduction to projectile speed, Vulcan now specializes in the close ranges. But, it still has the turret rotation of a medium ranged turret, and then it has the rotation drawback when shooting. Turrets like Ricochet or Hammer can easily outmaneuver Vulcan. Turrets like Smoky and Thunder can destroy Vulcan because their bullets are way faster.

I conclude that IB Vulcan can compete against Melee turrets, will have a little trouble with short ranged turrets, and will have a hard time with medium ranged turrets.

I think smart players realized that Vulcan auto-fire / HI with other Vulcan augments was just as effective too, if not more effective

The reduced firing rate with IB is a big negative

It actually still has faster Projectiles than Ricochet lol.

At Mk8, Rico has 100 m/s projectiles while Vulcan's bullets travel at a speed of 125 m/s.

For some reason, when I tried Heat Immunity-less IB Vulcan in  battles, these two turrets were the guys that I killed the most lol.

That's why I said a little trouble. Twins and Ricochet still specialize at their respected range, so, they can still get the drop on Vulcan.

Very interesting, well, can't say the same for myself as when going against fellow players still using the IB+HI combo using Smoky, they were easily destroyable, lol.

True lol. 
Actually, they're a lot more potent then Thunder and Smoky are because of their higher rates of fire, leading to better impact force, so you're right.

Ahh not to brag , maybe I'm just a Vulcan Pro cause in the past year, I've barely had to rely on using Heat Immunity to carry my weight when I'm using Vulcan.

Everyone else who used Heat Immunity with I-Band probably ended up losing their skill with the alteration after they've had infinite ammo for a year.
