Well once you can't use HI, IB definitely will be less effective than it was before.

Try it, and be sure to use Crusader. It's an absolute beast of a combo. IB HI can't hold a candle to adrenaline, especially after that last nerf.

Last year don't remember which month, i played 7 accounts and completed the challenge on all of them, SEVEN.

I still have the skin containers on all the accounts. I have no reason to open them as the accounts are now not played on. I have 3 skin containers on 1 of them.

I enjoy the game immensely, but the direction it has taken with the huge amount of OP gimmicks, which is always P2W (battle oriented updates) is just to much to keep up with.

The devs have just taken it way to far. Bringing in OP updates on a regular basis has crippled the game to the point it is now not enjoyable. 

I play on my main to do missions mostly and even that is sometimes a chore, but i do them to earn containers, nothing else.

And if i have those modes in a daily? 

 

Forget the team based scenario. Just exclude it's ability to stun, inflict heat damage, making players drop the ball/flag and fly on top of walls/buildings, problem solved.

Why do you not want to agree with this nerf for the FM, it would solve the issue to a large degree of this hull being virtually unstoppable from winning the battle on it's own. (crisis equipped)

Not forgetting it's lagging style movements that make it hard to combat even to a experienced player.

Your coming up with ad-hoc solutions that will not address this hulls OP behaviour in battle.

My solution will, maybe that's why you are not favourable towards it. 

 

I'm not saying that simply jumping isn't fair. I proposed that if the OD is changed to a team based OD so that Hopper users would be required to play with their team then they would be unable to so easily capture flags. I frankly don't use Hopper much, so I don't much care what happens to it. At the end of the day though, you want things to be balanced, so nerfing anything into oblivion will not be true balance. Also, as for jumping, I don't think you can make it still be able to jump but not be able to jump over obstacles. An OD where Hopper just jumps in the air and lands in the same spot would be totally pointless. 

As for missions, just watch ads to change them to ones which you do like. You can watch plenty of mission change ads, and if say you get tough missions then just change them to be easy for you.

Another cool thing that comes to mind is to allow Hooper to boost into a rampless jump the same way Batman's tumbler in TDK trilogy does it; takes a second or so to fire up the afterburner (i.e. the circle on the bottom of the hopper) and then propels it forward in a somewhat leap like trajectory. 

What I gather from what you've said is that you used  to enjoy playing the game a lot, and now it's not enjoyable (your words not mine; "it is now not enjoyable," "I play on my main to do missions mostly and even that is sometimes a chore."). So my question is, if you don't enjoy the game then why are you playing it? A lot of things in life are a choice. I chose to play Tanki because I enjoy playing Tanki. You enjoy what Tanki was in the past, which is not what it is now. It seems like you don't enjoy Tanki, you only remember that you are supposed  to enjoy Tanki. Being nostalgic and reminiscing about the past is awesome, it helps you remember a time you enjoyed and were comfortable in but the past is exactly that. It's past. Life moves on and times and things change. You might not like the direction in which it does change, but you can't really "go back" to a time where Hopper was non existent and supplies were the biggest advantage you can have over an opponent. That Tanki was pleasant, but it isn't what Tanki is today, and calling for the removal of Hopper or AP augments or EMP augments isn't going to bring back that Tanki.

Jammer status effect, huh. At first glance, it sounds like decent counterplay against Titan dome stacking, Hopper spam, and ez-pz Viking kills. Moreover, it doesn't wipe out supplies (at least in the VLOG footage), so it's not stupidly OP but more of a utility status effect that is useful in pinches like in Siege where Titan dome stacking is common. Time will tell how it'll turn out, but at least it looks promising as of writing this.

Also, Heat Immunity + Incendiary Band getting nerfed? About heckin time.

Both are more OP than things such as, lets say, a Twins/Hornet for example.

 

Keep in mind strong stuff like Vulcan w/Heat Immunity, Gauss, Crisis, Defender, and Shaft aren't the only things in Tanki.
You gotta also compare them to less abusable and less annoying stuff like Twins and Thunder and drones like Camper and Sprinter.

 

Honestly, BOTH Vulcan with Heat Immunity and Incendiary Band as well as the Flying Monkey with Crisis are OP. 

While the Flying Monkey is OP because it can easily dodge shots, stun/burn its enemies with barely any risks, and cap flags like a madman, Vulcan with IB/HI is OP too because.....it's literally a Firebird with infinite range and ammo, and it's also a Twins with infinite range and higher DPS.

So both need nerfs. It's just sad the the developers aren't touching the Flying Monkey much.

The Perfect Tanki Birthday:

  • New, balanced Alterations

And I know this is a far shot, but..

  • Balance changes that we actually want/need
  • Augments/Alterations being added in the garage for crystals
