Slight tweak to rugby to encourage actual team play

I have noticed a lot solo rugby players who steal the ball, especially with hopper + crisis combo, and always capture, making them the top. There is no actual team play and ball passes that actually occur - which is what makes rugby different from other game modes, so to help encourage proper rugby gameplay:

- Allow points to be given if a player passes the ball directly to another player in the same team(ie; the ball can roll on the ground as well for a while if needed)

- For every pass, a maximum of 3 points should be awarded

However, if a player has passed the ball, they cannot pass again for another 10 secs - this is to prevent misuse the technique for stacking points

Another point to also make: We should add points for intercepts of the ball as well

Here is how it works:

- If a player passes the ball and an enemy intercepts it mid-air, a maximum of 3 points should be awarded

- If however, the enemy intercepts a passed ball on the ground, only 1 point should be awarded

Rather than only letting people pass once every 10 seconds, let them pass as many times as they want (I keep passing forward so people cant judge so easily where I am etc), but they only get points again after 10 seconds of the last tie they got points.

Nice idea!

Also, I would like it if when we first pass the ball to someone, we get 5 points for it.

But then the next pass can give 4 points, 3, 2, 1, and then 0. Then after 10-15 seconds, we can pass again and get 5 points the first pass.

 

If it was 3 points at first and 0 for other teammates, not everyone would have a chance to get a few more points with passing. The tankers would try to get in the way of receiving passes and not let others take the ball. They would do this to get the 3 points and give others 0.

So having this expanded point system on passing is a little more better. It can let people pass strategically, and also help get everyone points.
