Isida Heal Crit need to only crit 2x for each 10seconds, its broken this if you meet someone and both get dictator overdrive and isida double heal augment, no  way  for kill this without this change

I mean, the constant super-heal effect is only possible during Overdrives, which are meant to be a temporary burst of OP performance. It's practically impossible to kill a titan or an ares right after they activate their overdrive, so I don't see why dictator should be any different if they're using their overdrive to heal.

Regarding the pairs of Dictators running around with Support Nanobots, to be honest I don't think that's a big problem either. It's an interesting and fairly unique strategy, and that augment (plus the mechanic drone it's often used with) is meant to be really good at healing - to me, it doesn't seem fair to take that away. It's also not like they're running around killing players as well as healing each other, since Support Nanobots nerfs damage so heavily.

i have no idea what u talkin about, but as in every other game with healers, kill the healer first.

I haven't understand quite much. Isida have a 2% chance to do a critical per-tick. Isida DPS is divided into 4 ticks. So it can do 40 ticks per 10s.

Or 100 ticks per 25s, ok. 2% from 100 ticks = 1 chance per 50 ticks. Which is not probable in the 10s. TLDR: Isida can do ONE critical per 12.5s. By your nerf, you said 2 criticals per 10s, which is a buff honestly.
