Immune Juggernaut from selfdestructing & leaving

Hi guys, 

My suggestion is basically to restrict Juggernaut players from selfdestructing themselves when they got flipped, and if they left the battle.. The Juggernaut tank stay alive (AFK).

Why?  What's more annoying than the bully Juggernaut? The one who SD himself quickly after flipping!! How mult you are!! It's silly honestly, some players treat with Juggernaut mindlessly !

So my suggestion is to disable the SD feature for Juggernaut AND as this will cause them to leave, make the Jugger tank stay alive even if they left.

Disabling the self destruct option is definitely a good idea, but "keep the Juggernaut alive even if the player left" - That won't work, I have a feeling it's going to make more players to leave the battle since they will have to wait for their team's Juggernaut to die. It doesn't solve the problem, in both cases the other team will receive a point (If the Juggernaut user leaves, they get a point. If the Juggernaut is inactive inside the battle, they will kill him and get the point).

Some weeks ago I entered as the Juggernaut in Forest TJR and somehow I got to flip myself within not even a minute. Didn't know if I should SD or keep myself upside-down because I would mult either way to a degree, but I decided to do nothing and see how long I would be alive. Managed to survive three full minutes because of a helpful Isida and two ODs, my team even won the battle in the end. Big pog, but I am certain that not everyone is willing to stay flipped for over a minute
