declined Voice note in Forum

Like Voice system in Facebook and whats app.. Why don't they implement on Tanki Forum. I see most people uses mobile. So speaking despite of writing would consume less time and it will be more clearer. 
-About Desktop: Of course , We use Headphones to talk so we can also drop voice note from there as well. 
Voice note should be maximum 15- 20 seconds.

The system will be used for trolling and flaming. Our team would have to listen to every single recording to make sure it's not violating the rules, and eventually it would be too hard to keep track of every single voice message.

Most of the phones are able to form text messages from voice. You can use that.

LOL So why we then using the forum? You're not debating with your friend in Whatsapp, you're in the forum. Where we expect a modern discussions and high-leveled. Voice notes isn't working ever with the forum, like quoting the post.

And for analyzing the complicated opinion in a matter or a fullfeed post with numbers, it's hard to focus in a Voice note than reading it.

There are alot of new players here who are using "Translate the page" in chrome all the time, it will be impossible for them to understand or translate the voice notes, except if Tanki implemented auto subtitles.

BTW, I respect how you said maximum 15-20s. Because I'm not ever ready to hear 3-5 minutes of someone's opinion LOL.

Even in WhatsApp I hate getting voice messages. I get it if you have a good reason to use voice instead of text (like if you're driving), but otherwise it's just annoying and inconvenient to be on the receiving end, especially if I'm in a public area with no headphones.

I hate it because I have to stop the songs I am listening to in order to listen to the voice message.

Well , All Moderators/admins have to work hard , they have to  listen every voice. Because All moderator are getting paid in form of Heavy crystals and other funds. 
Getting paid and enjoying forum-avatar without doing hard work isn't  good though.

Our work is not easy as you think and making it even harder "just because" is not a valid reason. Voice messages do not fit in forums. If you want to express your feelings and thoughts, you can do so in a form of text.
