invalid augments? for the newest weapon tesla turret

I think for some augment suggestions the the tesla turret should have a (shot reload decrease augment) and when someone fires it ,another augment would be it sends a (lighteningbolt) from the sky and destroy a tank on impact in one shot, it should also create an electrical storm as well, another augment should be a (turret immobility) what that means is the turret of an enemies won't be able to be used for 10 seconds ONLY and with every hit from the tesla turret it has a consistant effect,  another augment would be (Armor Piercing Shock) which disables EVERY part of the enemies tank which means they won't be able to use the hull or turret for 5 Seconds and with every hit from the tesla turret the effect is consistant. also another augment is (OverDrive disablement) reduces it to 0% consistantly 

so what it everyone's thoughts?

Kindly explain both advantage as well as disadvantages of the Augments you propose. For the first one you haven't proposed a disadvantage and the same goes for a few others as well.

Mt suggestion for a aug would be where it shoots a single lighnting bolt from the turret that has lots of damage but a very long reload of 15 or so seconds to balance out the high damage shots

Giving Tesla an ability to heal team mates should be nice. Compensation is that it can no longer shoot those balls in other words an isida which can heal multiple teammates at once.
