Logging in from a different IP address

If I log into my account from an IP address that I have never logged onto, will my account get banned?

I've heard that if I log in from a different IP address, my account might get banned.

I am planning to go on vacation so I will be playing from the hotel Wi-Fi (and mobile data, etc). Is there a possibility of my account getting banned?

There are a few ways to tell whether a player shared his account with somebody else or just logged into his account from another place. So as long as you do not share your password, you have nothing to worry about.

There are no other ways to determine if a person’s account is being used by someone else, apart from IP address (location) and device (MAC address), right?
