So, this is the link to the latest Question of the Week submission:

Steps:

• We just pick the language we want to submit in (ex. English).
• (Pretty self-explanatory on the Google Form) Write your name exactly how it is in the game.
• Write the letter, number, or what the V-Log says to write as the answer (They can show A, B, C, D, ... or 1, 2, 3, 4, ... or other answers.)
  • So you should watch the V-Log fully to get the entire question and the answer choices clearly.
  • You can also watch the Question of the Week section again for more clarity.
• After writing in your answer, you click next. But you're not done. It will say Thank You on the next page.
• You then click Submit! Now you are done!

Best of luck in getting the Question of the Week correct! It's all luck-based.

Even if you get the question right, you still need to get picked by a random name generator to win the prize(s).

But it doesn't hurt to participate, as you can get a few thousand Crystals, etc. Nothing to lose. 

You might have gotten the question right but weren't one of the winners, and that's why you might have asked about this matter of format. But it's just randomly generated. You'll win as you keep submitting and getting lucky. In the past, I have also gotten the question right, but did not get picked as the winner.
