The heading might be unclear, I want to convey that at lower ranks there is a lot of diversity. You can get paired up with majors and generals at a meagre rank of warrant. In juggernaut mode the jugg's performance depends on which rank the player is currently at. Higher the rank better the weapon's damage and hull's armor. This puts the lower ranks at a disadvantage. And also the difference is a lot if we put the damage and armor's performance together.

This is to improve this system. Every player should have the same upgraded equipment when turned into the juggernaut. This can put up a fair fight.
