Heavyweight and lightweight construction augments sold for crystals.

I think F2P players should have a a guaranteed way of getting way of getting these augments.

So wouldn't the price of 245,000 crystals be fair?

Unfortunately this falls under "decrease of items' prices.

ACTUALLY.....

Referencing the cheapest shop offer for crystals...

In which you pay 150 Tankcoins in order to get 6,000 Crystals...

Dividing 6,000 Crystals by 150 Tankcoins gives us a conversion rate of 40. Meaning, 1 Tankcoin is worth 40 Crystals.

The Lightweight and Heavyweight Construction Augments currently cost 4,990 Tankcoins.

If we were to convert that to Crystals, we would multiple the cost of 4,990 Tankcoins by 40. This gives us a result of 199,600

Meaning, if the Lightweight and Heavyweight Construction Augments were converted to crystal prices as they are now, they would only cost 199,600 Crystals, because 1 Tankcoin is the equivalent of 40 Crystals, based on the shop offers.

Therefore, @Crossbone's idea of making the Lightweight and Heavyweight Construction Augments cost 245,000 Crystals is actually INCREASING their prices. Because, normally, the Lightweight and Heavyweight Construction Augments' 4,990 Tankcoin prices are only worth 199,600 Crystals, which is less than 245,000.

No matter how you look at it, crystals are worth less than tankoins since it's much harder to obtain tankoins.

Yes, but actually you can't really get 5k tankoins without buying but you can get easily 250k crystals by playong on events and completing missions/opening shard containers, so it isnt a big deal if it is sold for crystals. Although, if it is sold for crystals you will have to grind for more than a year or just purchase tankoins in order to get it, so actually it is a decrease of a price.

These 2 alterations dont give advantages such as having stun immunity or ap immunity in battle. They are for parkour, if not heavyweight then atleast lightweight for crystals. Why cant we buy something for crystals that doesnt give advantage in battles whatsoever. I get it, developers must milk players as much as they can by putting price tag next to any item possible, such as most basic protection module slot.

Lightweight is nothing compared to heavyweight in mm. With lightweight anyone can flip you and with heavyweight no one can flip you except yourself. I would really like for once to buy something for crystals that isnt op and is useful for other things not only matchmaking.

You don't think heavyweight augment gives advantage in battles with Capping - like rugby or assault?

I remember something like they changed the price of 2 augments (Assault rounds and Round stabilization) to 96,000 crystals (other rare augments cost 149,000 crystals) as those are needed for eSports tournaments (I'm not 100% sure about this, but i remember something like this was said). So why not do the same with Lightweight constructions, since those are for Parkour? For example, make them cost 149,000 crystals and be in containers as Rare, not Epic.

Lightweight must be rare augment, because it doesn't give you any battle advantage

Actually lightweight gives hopper crisis with rico plasma torch a huge advantage. Therefore can be used in combat. For capture modes.

245,000 crystals is still a hefty deal. At least in my eyes, that's pretty high priced for the amount of crystals I gain weekly.

I don't think it's about which is easier to obtain, I genuinely think it has to do with the value ratio of tankcoins and crystals, that being 1 tankcoin equals 40 crystals.

I also want to point out that Turret Augments don't require Tankcoins, so why should Hull Augments?
