When tankionline help not appropriate

Where do tankers appeal when reply from tankionline help is not justified??

I guess it is about that tanki fund giveaway that he claims to get armadillo module when he was not on the pool, am i right?

Also, you can't appeal since when you did your purchase, you accepted "terms and conditions" which include that you can't get a refund nor an appeal.

To fullfill the conditions, you had to buy the winner bundle. Fortunate one only gave a chance to get it to a small amount of tankers who bought it.

I bought the fortunate still tankionline replied to me that I have not...so they neither given me the Armadillo not taken me in draw for giveaway.....I am sry for my bad luck!!..

I know buddy....it matter whether I bought it or not. Tankionline help replied I have not bought the fortunate but actually I did it.
