Nerf hopper.

Well yes, hoppers have some advantageous locations to go on and over, but sometimes you just gotta be a villain to their heroics.

I think first the devs need to make HD textures and then when roof hitboxes r finally fixed, they can properly implement destruction zones.

I only really play cp mode 95%+ of the time, so hoppers are just a free kill in those many cases with their 'jump up and away' ability.

Yes they have a large advantage in rgb/ctf/asl attack, but tbh an organised team of randoms can make lightwork of it. Assuming you're not stuck with players who don't know how to turn turret etc.

That wouldn't be fair as other ODs are also effective for gold boxes.

I suggest converting it to a tracked hull, because Hopper, Ares, and Crusader aren't tanks at all, they are hovercrafts.

So I tested hopper for who knows how many battles. Ok, I admit its not as OP as I thought, jump height isn't as high as I thought which is good.

But its still very exploiting. Like the big house in silence.

So that needs fixing.

I think Viking should be nerfed. It's turn speed should be cut in half and have the same acceleration -> backwards acceleration speed as Hopper. 

If not that, Hopper needs a buff/rework. Add more weight so it can't fly across maps due to Crisis Drone/drive over tanks, and improve its acceleration so that it doesn't stay in place when you are trying to make turns/switch directions.

Hopper isn't that great.

Yeah, I didn't like the previous hopper's ridiculous utility alongside its ability to have easy captures/goals/deliveries, but I'm really not a fan of this, either. It's pretty much garbage for anything except making captures/goals/deliveries now. Unfortunately, they refused to remove the heating or the stun, and now we have this lopsided mess of a hull and overdrive.

Well adding weight isnt always gonna help. You will still have people using lightweight construction to do the rico Crisis/Trickster and plasma torch exploit. But adding weight can work on the normal basis.

Hoppers Stun is balanced/trash, 1 second, doesn't drop items. Burning. What's wrong with burning. It's forced Repair Kit, that's all.
