It's hard to choose actually, but, even though the burning effect is not very lethal with double armor and so on, a Vulcan IB shooting at me constantly is very stressful.

One or two them in a match isn’t that bad, it’s when the opposite team have almost one of each status effect which really annoys me. Impossible to play against. 
but I voted for AP as without the protection I always seem to get hit by AP magnum just as I take the flag

It's a tough choice between EMP and AP, and tbh I don't know if I can choose, lol
Burning was never an issue because Repair Kits exist. Freezing is just an annoyance. Stun isn't a huge deal anymore now that you keep the flag and also because it's one of the more uncommon ones (not super rare, but still.) If it were as common as EMP/AP I would definitely include it in the tie. Jammer is hilariously useless.

 

EMP takes away supplies making it also tough to fight back, but protection modules can still decrease the effect of EMP Gauss/Smoky, increasing my chance of survival.

AP takes away Boosted Armor AND protection modules, but you keep supplies like Boosted Damage and Speed Boost so you can fight back more easily or make an escape.

Burning effect is only annoying if combined with another effect like stun or emp.

Freezing effect is same as burning effect but to lesser extent.

Jammer effect is nothing to be afraid of to be honest.

AP effect is strong, but I don't find it annoying. Its allowing the weaker players to takedown the stronger players. Legend ranked players and players with strong accounts for their ranks hate this because it takes away their invincibility for a few seconds.

For me its a close call between EMP and stun. Both of these leave you defenseless for a few seconds. If these two status effects were inflicted together, that's it you're done. Separately, I would have to go with EMP being a bit more annoying, you'll need those extra seconds to spare, if your supplies are on cool down, defending yourself is gonna be that much tougher. If you get stunned, you'll still be able to use your supplies.

It was burning but IB/HI has been removed (thank god)

emp/stun are the most annoying as once there applied its a death sentence -you cant run and have 0 chance of winning if the enemy has full supplies 

the amount of times i have raged when someone who cant turn the turret kills me because of them is ridiculous
