I keep losing friends

I had about 291 friends, over the course of 6-8 months i've been slowly losing them without doing anything, im now at 145

from the past 2 weeks i keep losing 1 per day

I never unfriended them and they never unfriended me because they never opened the game (i look at the date they last logged in and its usually a few months ago)

any idea what is causing this?

if 1 year no login, they will be removed from friend system to save space, or to force people play

I am playing tanki since 2012 and i did alot of breaks, each break weren't longer than 10 months except for 1, i did not login in my account for about 15 months and when i came back, my friend list was totally erased. I assume that if you don't log in your account for a year, tanki automatic mecanism delete yourfriend list to clear out the servers.
