He was complaining the server lag which do happen from time to time especially when there are events and you joined a game with big maps where there are higher concurrent players.

And he said the sales is removed, which he believe is a glitch and I agree with that.

Again, I didn't experience any lags joining battles with high amount of players. It must be up to your internet connection.

Well, you probably disliked the "no drone" part because you are a buyer with infinite batteries (despite your very unfortunate chances for Legendaries or Exotics :P). Think of the free players, for us no drones is fantastic as it gives a fair chance to compete for everyone. It is much more cost effective than usual - you can get good crystals from the DM mode without running of/spending crystals on batteries - to do the same in regular MM you would have to use Brutus, which puts you at a big disadvantage against users of other, much more powerful, drones.

So for free players, these kind of settings are fair and very good for us. Also, even many buyers like these settings as it can require more skill than one-shotting people with Booster, or having the advantage of being able to activate Boosted Armor/Damage together instantly.

I think the discount must have been a glitch, because it doesn't seem to have been announced on Tanki's Facebook or Instagram pages - I just checked. Hot Sales are announced there I believe (with the exception of the most recent 70% off stars, as that was advertised on the Players vs Developers stream to encourage players to watch it). The point of Hot Sales, was partly to encourage people to sign up to notifications on Tanki's Facebook/Instagram pages, to make them more popular and to get more potential players aware of the game. So they would almost always be announced there.

Also, sad I missed the sale

Well, i have bought that crusader bundle thanks to my 1st salaries because it contained crusader XT which was my dream skin, not for the containers, so factually you can say that i am a casual buyer but in theory i am not a buyer since the first time that i have bought something in tanki, i was legend +80 and i already had a full mk8 garage by a f2p playing mindset. Your idea that batteries are for buyers, i dont agree with you because of shard containers, before shards, yes it was a buyer-exclusif playing style. For example, before shards i had to buy 2k batteries AND 30k double damage for booster, in each sales(2weeks-3 weeks), now i have 9k batteries saved just thanks to shards. Maybe thats because i play on mobile but still i earned them just by watching ads, and maybe 1k of them are from 300 UC bundle, i didnt buy batteries nor double damage since february(shard release). Also, the reason why i hates this mode isnt because of the drone off feature but more like the nerfed supplies affect which led to spend more time to kill an ennemy and so on, more chance to see our well-deserved kill by a goddamn tesla player, did you like it? This mode is all about kill stealing, that's why i dont like it.  In other words, I would not say this if DD and DA had the same power as before.

Hmm, well perhaps the extra shards from mobile really increases your supply count by quite a bit, or you are playing less than me - or a bit of both - but for a free PC player like me, you will regularly be running low on repair kits and batteries if you are playing the crazy weekends + maybe a few extra games here and there. I often find myself having to resort to Brutus drone - right now my battery count stands at about 80. So for me, the drones off or supplies off settings are very useful to gain extra crystals in a cost effective manner.

As for the drones off reducing damage - well actually I don't think that is really a factor because while you have less damage, opponents also have less armor so it evens out. However, the only way damage is less is the lack of Booster Drone - which substantially decreases kill time in DM.

Did I like the DM mode? Well TBH yes I did, I found it much more fun than with drones on, because Drones on is just people (including me) using Booster and getting multiple kills with instant DD+DA application after spawning, die and repeat. You have to think (slightly) more with drones off to win. But however 1) I am one of the few people who bought Tesla module on the last sale, 2) I was abusing Freeze + supercharge which is currently insane - so those might some additional factors as to why I liked it. DM modes are always about killing stealing, but you won't be stealing my kills when I am doing almost 10k damage per second during supercharge  . Freeze(Adrenaline) with Dictator took me to the top almost every game, and Hornet (which I don't have) is even better I think. The Tesla hordes didn't stand a chance.

To get such big amount of supplies i have to watch ads every hour, sometimes i forget about it so i can get 1 or 2 extra containers, so that mean each days i earn 5 cont (150 cont each months), and i play only daily missions, daily missions is 2 games average (14 min i change missions to get easiest ones) or maybe 3 games if i dont perform good. Before february, when i played pc, i was playing more than 1 hours daily and maybe 5 hours daily on boosted fund. I dont do this anymore because its bad for health and my phone will be battery would be empty really soon. At that time i had to buy supplies really often and it dissapointed me alot because i spent like 800k crystals hardly earned just to make my supplies back but now, thanks to shard abuse and the 2k crystals at the end of match (easy 5-30 second ads for legend 104), i dont have to spend them anymore i already have 8M now so i understand that drones can be a buyer thing for you as it was for me in the past, also i understand that you are having so much fun in this DM mode, i can't because it changes too much from my habits even if i always finished first +25 kills each times and sometimes 35 kills thanks to emp gauss which was really useful. Maybe if you have a good phone i advice you to try out the mobile version, at the beggining you will find it weird as it has different mechanics but once you will get used to it, you will enjoy it even for, and you will enjoy abusing that  crystal rewards for each finished matches, when you will join a 2 minutes game, you will stay just for it :D but it lags alot each fridays

"No drone" ? No ! It's that crap mission earn battle points (for me, this is the hardest mission). It should have been earn crystals in DM. 5000 ? Need 4-5-6-7 hours ? No thanks. Every mission should be done in 1 hour or less.

And right now, in this game, I'm interested only on Challenges to get 100 Tankoins. With 3000 stars, very easy now. Don't need to finish special missions since rewards from Ultras are lame; I got better ones from Normals.

Lol i think i am a hard ad watcher xD sometimes when i am talking with someone, im telling him wait 30 sec im gonna watch the ad xD maybe i grinded 1500-2500 containers already thanks to this xD
