Shock - New Status effect

This effect will work like this:

While the ally/enemy for example, receive the tesla ball, he will be "shoked" and nearby enemies(and him self) will receive damage

Range of shock connection: 10 meters

Damage: 300 per tick 

Max duration: 5 seconds

About the immunity

1 if an enemy equip this, if the enemy that received the shoked, the effect wil disapear

2 But if an enemy catch that and be neaby other enemy with immunity, the who has immunity will not receive damage

 3 If an ally equip the immunity, he will  absorb the ball yet, but cannot take damage from enemy shocks and the same thing mencioned in the 2

4 Its possible renew the effect before ends

Its like it, but you can manipulate that running, its interesting, for allies, as an bomber-men going to enemy base and killing enemies just staying close to them, and enemies that are very close to their allies,like isida , tesla  Dilatory protocol users, titans(siege), dictator (overdrive ready),and other allied closed area situations

Status updated.

As I said, it's too similar to splash damage to be a status effect.
