Shaft Nerf!

Please, please, please nerf shaft. Every single game without fail, especially in lower ranks, over half of the whole contestants are using shaft and it is so broken! I use it too when I need kills, because on most open-is maps I can get about 20-30 kills to 2-5 deaths, but it gets so annoying when you are just trying to play properly and stupid snipers keep hitting you. I have Mk 4 of multiple weapons, and only mark 2 shaft, yet shaft is twice as good. For example, ill compare it to railgun. My Mk 2 shaft (which I never bothered upgrading) does 2100 damage in sniping mode, with dead accuracy. You only wait about 2 seconds to load It up, and recharge is fast as. Railgun (Mk 3-5) does on average around 700-800 damage and has like a one second wind up and ages to reload. The same is for any turret, they do about 700-900 damage and shaft can almost one-shot-kill any tank, even large hulls with about a 1-2 second wind up time. Im sick and tired of having my games ruined by multiple shafts killing me upon spawn, and they only to get them back is to use shaft myself. Pretty much every battle is shaft on shaft, and it's just not enjoyable. Please, please nerf shaft. No weapon should be able to one-shot kill any tank with such ease, compared to weapons literally twice as upgraded.

Hey, you have to suggest an actual nerf yourself. Yes, you did indirectly suggest to reduce the damage of shaft but lemme explain the condition my poor old friend shaftinho.

Railgun, has less damage because you can move around while using it. While in the case of Shaft, you cannot move in sniping mode.

Secondly, Railgun's critical damage has more meaning than the regular damage. Why? Railgun's critical damage is not affected by Falcon protection module but only be reduced by Armadillo Module. Armadillo isn't a luxury all have.

So that's where Railgun actually fares better because your greatest damage isn't reduced by any module.

Now with shaft its greatest damage is with Sniping mode and there's no way it is gonna deal critical damage in sniping mode(only arcade shots have the chance deal critical damage). So you can easily reduce the damage with Eagle module which can be easily obtained. So in real battle situations it is easy to counter a Shaft rather than Railgun because Railgun's regular shots aren't the real pain but the critical ones are.

Lastly my friend you've got no idea how true camping can be at higher ranks and how real OP bothersome equipment looks like. EMP Gauss-Deals EMP status effect which removes all your supplies essentially crippling you and upon that Gauss doesn't even have a laser. So you do not even know if a Gauss is locking onto you. You even have Striker's Stunning missiles which ruin your day totally.

At lower ranks people do not use drones that very much but at higher ranks when you come across Boosters and Defender, Shaft is more like a toddler challenging a bunch of adults. I've seen lightweight hulls with trickster which are pretty fast that I often miss my aim on them.

Yes I agree that shaft is kinda OP. I used to fare pretty well with Mk3 Shaft against those with Mk7 hulls(obviously with booster). I think it kinda deserves that considering that you have plenty of ways to reduce its damage.

Let's say you have maxed eagle module offering you 50% protection against shaft and maxed defender. Now you take only 1/6th the damage from shaft. So even if a maxed shaft with maxed booster shoots you, the damage you get is only 2200.

Yet again, shaft has been nerfed. Though minimally, but yes, it isn't as effective as it was once.
