Shop currency

Question

Just curious,

Shop billing for example, I live in Canada I am charged in American funds which are extremely higher then Canadian. Now in recent updates it was made so we can not change

the country for billing, but if there is an issue to write into the help email, is this something that can actually be changed? I would love to continue to support the game monetarily, but can not do so with the extreme currency exchange between my dollar and the American dollar. I have emailed as stated to do within the game and received mixed replies.

Can this be clarified?   Also whom for which would I need to contact that can give me a proper reply?

To change the Shop currency of your in-game account (only for a valid reason such as yours – which should be approved), you will need to contact the Tech Support via this form to get it changed — providing all of the required relevant information.
