No intention to ruin the game experience, and like to forum often.

 

I was about to play with my friends today. Just like normal. And then BAM. To my horror, this happens.

I've seen others getting randomly blocked as well. What happened? I already wrote to tech support, and here asking whether anyone knows if there is some weird things on the server going on.

On my tech support email, I mentioned accidentally leaving a VPN on while using my account on mobile. Could that have led to suspicious activity?

As I've already told you in our private conversation, contacting the tech support is the only way to recover the account.

So basically, I traveled to Finland because of some family emergencies. I used a VPN while in Finland, and logged onto my account. Then arrived home. End of story. But that was some weeks ago.

On the one hand,If you are using VPN, you can have your account blocked because the system will think that your account has been hacked since you have a different IP adress, and to protect it, it will lock it. On the other hand, if you changed your location to Poland, to somehow, get a cheaper price from the poland shop in tanki online, that might be a fraude which led to a forever ban.
