Me too wants those equipment parts. Bonk will be released at some point in the future, but developers have no plans on releasing it now. I have been told that a few times. The new hull may probably be a hovering hull. I think that this new hull will be a hovering hull with an overdrive laser. I think that the lasers of this new hull prevents enemies from entering the area. Something like a barrier laser that stops enemies coming through. I don't know about that but we shall see in tomorrow's V-Log 313 when it goes live tomorrow at 2:00 PM UTC.

It is not that, the "laser" is healing all nearby allies and giving AP + small damage to nearby ennemies, the OD laqt for 20 seconds.
