Load resources

I got a friend named faizi. She can't load tanki; she told me everything she tries she was told she can't load resources. Anyway to Olveston this problem?

Tell your friend to check out the following articles;

• I can’t enter the game/the game doesn't load

• How to clean the Tanki Online client's cache

• How to clean your browser's cache

In order to find out what causes the issue, can you ask her the following questions?

• Does she play via the official client or browser?
• Is her internet connection working properly? (Stable and fast enough?)
• When did the issue start?

We have also received some reports about players who have connection problems due to their location, so that might be the reason.

There are some connection issues in countries like Slovakia.
