For example these medals could showcase how long a player has been playing tanki, i think veterans of the game would really appreciate that.

There could also be a medal or a pin for getting every achievement in the game. ( I believe this can give players more interest to complete the achievements and grind the game more).

Where would such things be seen? Ratings site, or directly in-game? Please explain it a little bit more, so that we can understand the idea completely.
Also, do you really think it is necessary to share EVERY single achievement? Don't you think it might be better to display certain ones, like hard to complete or important ones?

I think showing it on ratings is a good idea. While in battle when pressing a players nickname the pins/medals could be shown on the side. While in garage they can be shown under a players rank.

Achievements - They are displayed in the ratings site, although they are not very up to date, with the interface update, it should be fixed. 

Pins/medals - As mentioned, there is a huge interface update coming, and we do not know what will it contain yet, so it may or may not involve such thing as pins or medals, however let's wait for the new update, and then we could discuss this idea one more time.
