Status effect - Catalyst & Curse touch

This is how this effect works:

Duration of Catalyst effect from ally : 5s

Duration of Curse touch for the enemy : 6s

1-Only the dictator and the Hornet Overdrive will have this effect for a while(maybe other, but the focus here is how it works)

2- When you use your overdrive, you Receive the Catalyst effect, similar to supercharge

3-While you shot an enemy,if you have Catalys, the enemy that was hited receives Curse touch

4- Curse touch: When the enemy receives the effect,all negative status effect will have the double duration of normal of you and your team

So if an enemy received an stun for hunter, will have a duration of 6 s instead of 3s

5- The effect cant accumulated with himself, so the max duration of Curse touch will always be the same(6s)

1. Catalyst as its own doesn't have any use, just inflicts another status effect. That's not exactly what a status effect is.

2. Secondly for curse thingy, it's effect depends on the dude it is being inflicted upon. So you can just make hunter and hornet team up, and with just overdrives, you can ruin the day of opponents.

Inflicting curse to all teammates is just bad. Say an unfortunate guy is struck by ap rail and his teammate brings invites this "curse" onto their team, and puff his day just can't get any worse. For him it is better to self destruct and come back.

Just pair EMP railgun with hornet's OD and then, for the next 20 seconds your opponents can't have their supplies.

Honestly, we have enough of annoying stuff in the game right now. More of this annoying stuff will only and only decrease the interest of people to play the game.

I think it was a little poorly explained, but when an opponent receives the effect, it is marked, and the next effect will use the curse

So if you use emp railgun with hornet and shot in the first shot,he will only have 10 seconds, but in the second shot, will apply the 20s(if the enemy just dont care about receive multiple shots with an hornet with status effect that always apply in supercharge)

Also the curse is a negative status only for enemies, your team will never receive it from your self team

And dont make so much difference because hunter most of times kill the enemy with that 1v1 overdrive(and the combo with wasp already exists, but no one uses)

Also for this effect be in this level of power, it need to be an "Catalyst" to apply "Curse" to the enemy

Most of turrets have a hight coodown to shoot twice with status effect, so most of times you will only use Curse one time in the enemy

PS: and anyway, with supercharge of hornet  you already can do emp to the enemy for almost 20 s(But exaclly 17s)

And this effect have a hight rarity, so its not just spawming everytime

Having a status effect that boost the status effects isn't a terrible idea, but there shouldn't be two separate effects.

I suggest mixing catalyst and curse to something like "Curse Touch."(Just a random idea) If you have this status effect, any effect you decide to apply will double the time duration.

Good suggestion, sounds better, and less confuses.

But a little abusable by Hornet and super charge with an railgun like Iron_Man said
