Overdrive passive time will only count when the tank is driving.

On the one hand, it should reduce the amount of heavy campers that do not participate in the battle objectives, because they are not driving enough, they will get overdrive percentage point only for killing and for the little bit of drive they do, that might be 1 or 2 if they are good killing campers while someone who drive would get the normal average of use for an OD =4-5 for crusader or hornet. On the other hand, it will really be an over drive, it has run enough to give its special powers.

Let me see what do you guys think, will it contribute to refrain camping?

Even though camping can be annoying at times, it is not against the rules and players are allowed to camp. Many players like this type of play style and adding such a feature to ODs will give them an unfair disadvantage

Well there are turrets which are better off, when you camp. Camping isn't any sort of sin or crime. I totally understand why you are against camping but that's just not fair.

would like to add, 
camping, as annoying and frustrating as it sounds (hate those people who does it ?) its a tactic and strategy. Normally camping is used to wait for the opponents play and then strike him/her down when he/she makes a mistake or uses the right opportunity. So regardless, its all part of the game and doesnt break any rules.

Best idea to reduce camping is nerfing the horrible Shaft 3300dmg, and reduce it to 3000 AND making the heavy capacitors as heavy and slow as the old Shaft in 2012.

But now with the quickest sniping-bar draining that make them do a huge amount of damage in a seconds isn't a good thing. + Nerfing Magnum Splash-damage.

BTW, I always equip long-range turret protections. I think this must be standard for every active player.

be nice to your campers  they mainly  shoot other campers. they protect you on a raid by shooting   the enemys around you.  sometimes they can heel you  to make you reach your objective or come home.  if your team has campers and the other team does not   your team  will have a easy road to victory.  if  campers are making you sad  hunt them kill them but remeber they are  also there to protect you and bring you home.

I would like to add that when i'm talking about campers, i was refering for the ones on my team, those who do not help to win the battle, i'm not talking about annoying campers on the opposite side (even if they would be affected by the change as well). Some of you say it is a style of gameplay but what in cp mode, siege mode etc? I understand that they can help to back up in some situations but most of the time, they are totally useless and the change i proposed would help the one who really care about the team and the battle.
