Tanki encourages its customers to try all the equipment and choose the tanks and turrets that best fit their playing style.  I chose the Shaft turret because of its unique qualities.  Once I chose this turret I also purchased many upgrades to make it a strong turret in battle.  It reached its maximum upgrade status at MK7-20.  To reach this point I expended several hundred thousand crystals.  Many of these crystals used to upgrade shaft were purchased using a credit card. Using Tanki ‘s own conversion of crystals to US dollars a fully upgraded Shaft turret would cost over $100.00USD.

Recent changes by Tanki have radically changed the qualities of Shaft and made it ineffective and almost useless in battle.  Tanki has made no effort to offer replacement turrets or compensation of any kind to customers affected.  Tanki no longer offers what I have bought and paid for, and refuses to discuss alternatives. While this indicates that Tanki cares very little for their customers it also constitutes Credit Card Fraud.

I would ask Tanki to allow their customers to switch Shaft for another turret of  their choice or to offer some form of compensation to offset the loss.

The developers have the right change items' stats at any time and they are not obligated to give any compensation or refund in case they nerf certain item that you bought earlier.
