Hello, i'm Vanizzero.

Today i would like to discuss about tanki problems, balance, and my ideas to make tanki "BLOW UP" again.

This is only my opinion. No developer or user should feel insulted. ?

First why i think my ideas should be read? Its because i have played this game since i was 5 years old. Im 18 now. So i have seen lot of tanki evolution progress.

1. Turrets & hulls. 

 (Hulls) 

Hopper, Crusader, Ares  :Completely delete Hopper, Crusader, Ares  hulls. The design is trash, handling is trash. If you have hopper players in your game forget about gold boxes.  I like the idea about hulls that can't flip over but current complete design is just big NO! Need some more time to develop these 3 hulls. 

Titan, Mammoth  :Where is the point of switching their properties? I mean Mammoth even visually looks tougher and slower than Titan. 

Alterations:

Delete all EMP Immunity.

Delete Stun Immunity.

Delete AP Immunity. 

 

 (Turrets)  

Tesla  :Tesla is super OVERPOWERED.  NERF Tesla. Or even better DELETE IT. 

Railgun :Railgun deals less damage then Thunder. BUFF Railgun.

Gauss :Gauss is literally Thunder on "steroids" with sniping mode. Make the regular shots deal less damage. NERF Gauss.

Striker : Every rocket deals more damage then Thunder and can shoot 4 rockets with sniping mode. Striker needs damage NERF.

Overall turrets rebalance is needed! ! !

Alterations:

Delete Compact fuel tanks(Firebird). 

Delete Incendiary mix(Firebird). Makes weapon overpowered and removes its specialty.

Delete Corrosive mix(Freeze). Makes turret overpowered.

Delete Acceleration protocol(Tesla). 

Delete Dilatory protocol(Tesla).

Delete Slugger(Hammer). Makes turret overpowered. 

Delete Dragon breath(Hammer). Makes turret overpowered.

Nerf Plasma accelerators(Twins). Projectiles fly too fast and have too powerful knock upon impact.

Nerf Heavy plasmagun(Twins). Damage is a little too high. 

Delete plasma torch(Ricochet). Makes turret overpowered.

Delete Incendiary rounds(Smoky). Out of logic and annoying.

Delete Autocannon(Smoky). Makes turret overpowered.

Delete Cyclone(Striker). Makes turret overpowered. 

Delete Missile launcher "Uranium"(Striker). Makes turret overpowered.

Nerf Incendiary band(Vulcan) Burning damage is too high. 

Delete "Sledgehammer" rounds(Thunder).

Delete Electromagnetic accelerator "Scout"(Railgun). Makes turret overpowered. 

Delete Heavy capacitors(Shaft).

Ideas: 

Isida: Could have chain reaction attack when enemies you're attacking on are in contact, and heal friendly tanks the same way.

2. Games aesthetics.

Bring back the Hulls & Turrets upgraded looks. People like to see their upgrade progress to be seen on their tanks. Now tanks always look MAX upgraded (visually).

Make tanks emit smoke from multiple places around tank each time you loose Health.

Add effects and knock backs to turrets. Example(Smoky, Railgun, Magnum has effect of their barrels to go back a little bit after shooting). So add this feature to Hammer, Twins, Thunder, Shaft, Gauss.  

Firebird: When holding "fire" the turrets barrel starts glowing from the heat, then when you stop firing the barrel cools down(refills ammunitions, recharges).

Freeze: When holding "fire" the turrets barrel tip turns white a little and with each time you fire, more of the turrets barrel turns white from coldness. But the whiteness will not go off until player dies, it just stacks up.  And when he respawns whole process resets. 

Vulcan: When holding "fire" the turrets barrel starts glowing from the heat, then when you stop firing the barrel cools down(refills ammunitions, recharges).

Ricochet: After every shot the turrets barrel tip splashes the same color as the shot particles are. After dying the whole process resets.

Twins: After every shot the turrets barrel tip splashes the same color as the shot particles are. After dying the whole process resets.

3. Gold Box Will Be Dropped Soon

Make gold box icon pop out like old times. In the top middle of the screen and in same orange color.

Increase gold box value to 10k and make it a bit rarer. 

Containers should have their own in-game announcement, for example: Container Will Be Dropped Soon or Black Box Will Be Dropped Soon but should be equally rare as the gold box.

DONT REMOVE THE CURRENT GOLD BOX IN-GAME SIREN ANNOUNCEMENT. It gives old school vibes. 

4.Experience

Make experience harder to gain and remove double experience with "Premium" Its making game too easy.

All of your points above seem to have one thing in common - nostalgia. It seems like all you want is to play in the old Tanki again, which is something I can relate to. However, you need understand that the game must release new updates and content in order to survive. I am sorry to be the one who has to say it, but Tanki will never be what it used to be as the game is going forward, not backwards.
