Yes each time you create an account you must use a Gmail that was not previously used to link any other account.  But you can go into your settings and change your email and password if you want.

I think once you make an account in the forum you can not delete it unless an admin does it.

Try explaining your issue to them, maybe there is an alternative way which doesn't include deleting your forum account.

He meant to the gmail that is linked to his forum account, not the gmail that his linked to his in-game account.
