Who will take the flag

Hi, alot of times in CTF or Assault, there are two teammates wrestling for the flag. Sometimes two tanks above each other. I always wonder, who will take the flag first. The above tank or the lower tank

In my experience, it's usually the upper tank if it's centered above the flag, or the lower tank if the upper one is crooked or not quite directly over the flag.

Yes in my very past experiences I remember it was the upper tank. But it's not always. So I just went to ask. I don't think it's a random, I think the most close tank's center to the flag will take it. So if the flag was in the tip front of a tank, and was also in the center of the other tank, the other tank will take it.
