declined Ignore allies

Hello,

I suggest to ignore allies when your shooting, when you're driving except if you have railgun hyperspace round, it will be useful.

Why I suggest it : to remove sabotaging people so when someone tries to block you, your tank will ignore the tanks, when you're aiming but there are allies which block your aim so it will ignore their tank, except when gold box is dropping so it will be desactived when gold box's dropping and when you have railgun hyperspace round alteration. Note, it doesn't affect isida when healing, it will still works!

Pushing your teammates can also be a tactical move, for example when someone is about to return the flag, your teammates pushes you so he get pick up the flag and prevent the enemy team from returning.
