I suggest that, when you have unfinished missions, like for example 'finish battles in capture the flag 0/2', when pressing quick battle, there are a higher possibility of loading into a capture the flags mode. That way you can finish missions without really grinding on the missions, just play quick battle.  What do you think?

The point of the "quick battle" button is to send players into battles as soon as possible. Adding such a feature to quick battles will make the whole process slower. Apart from that, why don't you simply pick CTF if you got a CTF mission?

One thing I'd like is the ability to pick multiple game modes from the list. So if I have a mission in CTF, SGE and CP, I'd like to pick those three modes, and be sent to a battle in any of them. The wait time should be lower compared to selecting just one game mode, yet it would guarantee that the battle I end up in allows me to complete at least one of my missions.

It would also be helpful if you just want to play multiple modes, or you want to exclude some modes from your own MM options.

It is like @DieselPlatinum said, that would feel like chore. My idea is to make you gradually finish the missions without really focusing on them, that way you won't be so stressed. Also it would be dull to keep playing one mode for a mission, no?
