I think before adding new members to your team you should know them a little first. Not just if they are good players, but if they are good teammates, if they'll take the tournament seriously, what equipments they're are strong with, which roles they prefer, where will each fit in your team, their emotional and psychological balance, philosophical stance, ethics systems and so on. Also make sure what the rules say about team members.

 

PS. kidding about philosophical stance and ethics systems... just making stuff up ;

Also many older players who started the game at a young age also didn't play so well then, so you can sometimes see that in their KD, but now they're far better.

All you need to do is prove yourself in matches/trainings and getting yourself known to the current esports players...

During matches, each team receives a status of either a "host" or a "guest". The "host" team is the one who needs to send the link to the battle. Check papargraph 3 of the rules - Rules for conduction of matches. Additionally,  create a ticket in the eSports site whenever you have a question related to the tournament in order to get a faster response.

The tournament is postponed until further notice. Make sure you check the eSports discord server/site for news regarding the tournament.
