Pretty sure the rule only applies if you destroy your other account in order to get points and crystals. It shouldn’t be a problem if you’re doing a photoshoot.

see the tanki system would not know who is using it but goes by the IP address ,( if I understand the system right)

I dont think playing with another account in the same connection can cause huge lag spike unless your internet connection was like really really bad and also that was a long time ago, you could try it now and check if the same problem arises and contact tech support or something . also I dont think they go as far as to check people's ip and such (unless you're banned and try to bypass it with another account, at least i think its done by ip identifying).

As per the General Rules for Contests and Promotions rule 7.3.2,

The "use of multiple accounts by the same Participant" are not allowed. I hope an exception is made for this case though.

1) I believe lightshot is banned in certain countries so it's better to use imgur as mentioned in the main post.

2) If you just use it in order to take the picture, yes.
