What's the biggest problem in tanki online currently?

Many if us should be well aware that tanki's player base has decreased significantly over the past few years and people shouldn't be quitting tanki for no reason. I was 12 when I was introduced to tanki online and I am 18 now and I have noticed a lot of change over the 6 years I have been playing this game. Everyone who works for tanki is a human and all humans make mistakes.

I selected a mix of all of the above but I don't have any issues getting the game to work properly. I think moderators, specifically the battle and chat moderators need to issue punishments more off of how bad the rule was broken. I believe matchmaking needs a lot of work and my list would be too long. Hackers are a problem too and tanki just needs more battle moderators watching and to accept reports from the game reports chat channel. The developers are generally what causes the other problems to exist, so that should be like your all of the above option.

The main problem is p2w changes creating a big gap between the f2p base and p2w one.

I selected the devs because they've been greedy for money for a long while, which resulted in almost all the updates, many of which players didn't ask for it.

1) They can never seem to balance the equipment. Like every single week they are tweaking the equipment. I've never seen a game constantly alter the equipment as much as Tanki does. Every few months a new turret becomes OP, then they change it to it being weak and its a constant cycle. This obviously helps the buyers since they can just upgrade and use whatever is best currently. Right now it is Paladin (NERF PALADIN!) and Striker/Tesla.

2) The system of containers and opening boxes to get things by chance is something I despise. If I use a certain combo, let me just get things for what I want. Not random things I don't use. I've gotten like 10 turret augments and none are for the turret I use. Why? Let me buy my own augments. Things that effect gameplay shouldn't be based on luck. Again this only helps buyers since buyers will just keep buying containers until they get what they want. 

3) Okay so I don't really see a problem with matchmaking. I see it is what most other players voted as the biggest problem and I hear people taking about it as well but I don't really get the frustration. I mean out of 10 battles, at least 5 are good battles that are competitive with the final score being very close, 3 may be one of the teams having the upper hand but not really dominating, and 2 battles may be like the "bad" battles where one team is really better than the other, the 7-0 type scores. So that's not really that bad, I mean even in other games sometimes you get into battles that are a little unfair. I used to play Battlefield 3 and so many times I would be in battles where 1 side was completely high rankers and the other side new players, match making wont ever be perfect, but I don't really have a problem with Tanki's matchmaking, so I guess I am in the minority here. Like if they actually balanced the game where a buyer with Paladin/Striker can't just enter a game and completely wipe out the other team single-handedly, we wouldn't have these 7-0 scores.

I've certainly done my share of complaining about MM and Overdrives, but recently, I would have to say status effects are the largest problem with the game. In particular, alts like EMP Twins or the Stunner Missiles are downright obnoxious to face. No, Tanki, getting frozen in place constantly isn't an enjoyable experience. I cannot think of another game that has become so eager to strip control away from the player. It's artificial difficulty that's completely unfair to players who don't want to burn money gambling with lootboxes.

As a F2P game I wonder if it's inevitable that there will be more or less OP equipment in the game to encourage buying. Annoying yes, but maybe we need to just accept that and try to have fun on the game regardless, as long as it's not completely off the rails.

One problem I've experienced is issues with tanks lagging, teleporting, not being damaged when hit, etc. Some times it's happened that I suddenly can't do any damage to enemies mid-game, and I have to leave or reload the match. This is awful.

I don't know if these problems are on my side or Tanki's. I hope they can be fixed because it can be pretty annoying and happens fairly often.
