QR code problem

Question

Hi. I cleaned cache and cookies and now game wants a verification again. The  verificator can't find my profile. It says "scan qr code". How exactly to scan it?

It also says "incorect code" every time. What should I do?

you must use a special application like google authenticator or authy, or similar

I am. Still every time it create a new code, game says it's invalid.

I did. I also tried entering with smartphone, it's not working.

I did as I already told you. They sent me some ticket number and no answer after that. I tried entering from my other computer, it won't allow me to remove that verification. The damn thing is not working, what's the point of it after all?

If you received a ticket, it means they received your message, they will get back to you shortly.

Oh come on! Shortly! Her is 23:02 right now and I went back to my work just trying to solve this. I'm sure they are sleeping right now, as I should do! This service is crap, and we are giving our money to those people!

Keep in mind that the Tech Support has to make sure you are the real owner of the account and not someone who's trying to steal it. Such process takes time. I know it is not easy but please try to be patient.
