We know how important it is for you to get an answer to your questions.

 

However, not all the questions can be answered individually and when we answer a question from a direct message from a player, others rarely see the answer and they continue to ask the same question without knowing that it has been answered.

 

This is why we have decided to try a new way of communicating with players. We have created this topic to collect your questions, and we will regularly be selecting the most interesting, confounding, and popular ones for Hazel or other members from the developers team to answer in either some special Q&A session videos or in the V-LOG. Well, with all that in mind, we’re sure you have many questions to ask us and might be wondering: what should I do to have my questions answered? The answer is simple: read the rules below when preparing your questions.

• Why the developers know there's a detrimental bug in the game but do nothing about it for months? If you join a map, and close the client during the LOADING phase. Your account will forever be stuck in the map, and this allows for sabotage to occur. Something should be done about this.

• Why were the turret "Alterations" rebranded and called "Augments" now and why do like half of the turret/hull augments have downsides, while the other half have no downsides?

• Does the freezing effect also greatly decrease acceleration?

• Will you induce critical damage to gauss's salvo and in shaft's sniping mode?

• Why have you released Tesla to Ultra containers? It's clearly aimed towards the buyers and had made MM battles unbearable

• Will You Add Test Server on Mobile Version for Players Who can't buy PC?

• Will you introduce micro-upgrades for supplies in the near future?

• Do you have plans to add a button Within the battle interface so you can view challenges and the rest like special daily missions,and also be it possible again to be able to accept new friend requests within the battle?

• Are you planning to add coinboxes to the regular containers now that the price of the battle pass has been increased. I feel this change would help players to afford battle pass and progress faster.

• Why were discounts on crystal kits reduced once they were moved to the shop, and why isn't there a section of the shop that has them available all the time?

• When you bring the better graphics to the game, will you add to the game as well: Actual 3D grass and other vegetation, 3D railways and 3D windows and doors and the other things that should be 3D, more objects and decorations like moveable traffic signs which doesnt affect gameplay, actual backgrounds to the maps instead of wallpapers, so they would feel like integral parts of terrain?

• When HTML5 is completely finished, will the game be well optimized?

• We haven't heard much about Hot Sales since Valentine's Day. Will they come back?

• When is the next rebalance?

• If you removed the micro upgrade when the next modification is available to buy, then why on earth the parameters of micro upgrade are still shown in the garage and not the parameters for the next modification?

• Can you add gold boxes back to challenges?

• What ever happened with the idea or plan to add hulls that could climb vertically inclined walls? Was it scrapped? Did you just not get around to it? Are you saving it for a later date?

• Why do you not alter adrenaline to become multiplicative rather than additive?

• Put secret rooms back in game?

• Would you fix HD skins? Patterns on Paints look too small to fit old skin. Paints don't look cool on HD skin.

• Do you plan on adding more Tankions to challenges for the silver tier?

• Do you plan to add new textures to the mobile version of the battle? For example, Ares and Crusader's overdrive. It’s still the old texture in the mobile version of the battle

• There are many items in the store whose prices do not conform to mathematical logic. For example, the price of 20,000 tank coins, the price of 100 gold boxes, and the price of premium for 120 days. Compared with 10,000 tank coins, the price of 10 gold boxes and 60 days premium is unreasonable. Can you guys solve this problem?

• After you guys will release new interface, does the unbalanced rank bug in MM will be fixed, the no damage bug and the joining late in mm battle bug?

• Is the current overpopulation of the Viking hull in battles a problem in your eyes? Will anything be done about it?

• What's the point buffing wasp overdrive and nerfing overdrive hornet?

• Are there any plans in the works to attract NEW players? ..either on Mobile or PC?

• Are there plans to optimize the rendering of mines and dust? Enabling dust and cartridge cases leads to disproportionately large FPS drops even on decent hardware

• What skins are you exactly going to bring from Tanki X?

• Why do the developers not listening to the community? For example, the parkourists wanna do parkour in HTML, but it's impossible. Since flash closed we asked for a fix or solution, but still isn't one. We feel ignored.

• Why do we now have to use Drones to get a better score , when before it was way better in battles we had a choice if we wanted to use them or not..?

• Shall Windows 11 impact and shape the future of Tanki Online? If so, then, in what way?

• I would like to know how Tanki matchmaking works - especially how it assigns players to the battle? By sum of their GS?

• What about the bug making me reload the game window every 2-3 battles - when a battle ends, I click on the button next to big "PLAY" button, click on "Capture the flag" and nothing happens, it doesn't respond. It happens to me every 2-3 battles and is really annoying.

• Is there a chance to get the old hornet as a skin ?

• Will you ever do to fix JGR mode because it's always the same player that is chosen as first JGR because they have faster wifi and they are near server russian and that's anti-fairplay

• For what reason are certain drones blatantly overpowered while other drones have little to no practicality over the aforementioned ones? Why aren't rarely used drones being buffed, or the top drones being nerfed?

• When will mobile tanki online be added to not only android but iOS as well?

• Will you add a tutorial into the tanki garage? (For new players)

• When you are going to add more slots for Augments?

• Why golds with parkour in HTML have been removed? How we can drops all golds in one moment now?

• You usually release a new exotic paint once and awhile...such as integrated circit etc. however they always ppear as legendary not exotic in the garage, why?

• When will product kits for Ares, hopper, and crusader be released?

• Will you ever fix the unbalanced MM battle, I was matched with warrant officer 5 before the ending of the battle

• Can you add something to challenge that change the content with something with the same rarity for those who already have those augments and paints? I think it would be fair since the battle pass price has increase by 1 500 tankoins. For example, if the default paint of june 2 challenge is lightning storm, a player who already has it should receive another paint so he would get something too

• Will the rewards of Gold Tier be increased in the future? The increased rewards do not compensate for the increase in price of BP, the way they are now.

• Why exactly are you discontinuing the creation of TO Mobile Patch Notes?

• Why there is always a big big lag on tanki online especially the mobile version each friday when there is an update? It is annoying and i can't play each friday because of this...

• why does the od charge faster for hovering hulls, especially crusader? to me its very unfare

• You explained in-depth about the zero damage bug. Can you explain in-depth why the Hammer turret is the way it is on Tanki Mobile? Many players have reported that there is a delay between the animation of firing the shot, and the pellets being shot. The Hammer turret is practically unplayable for me.

• Serious question...Why are the prices in shops in different currencys very inconsistant??? Wouldn't it be better to re-adjust prices according to the ability of purchase from a person according to their currency??? Instead of overpricing... (I'm talking about the prices of tankoins in shop in this case.) For example, when battle pass used to cost about $13 or $14 US dollars after buying a set of tankoins and since the increase, I would have to pay $20 usd now for a set of tankoins to buy the battle pass. But heres the main problem, in USD currency its not a big jump but for other currencys or weaker currencys its a huge jump. And this is where problems tend to happen. (From economic point of view)
• Why did you choose to encourage camping playing style by buff the biggest camper augment: heavy capacitor?

• Are there plans to buff some of the worse items in Ultra Containers? All of the legendary smoky augments except for EMP, Wyvern's Breath Hammer, Incendiary/Cryo Rounds for Rail, and Rubberized Rounds Vulcan are all just simply not strong enough to warrant being Ultra Container exclusives.
• What happened to the 30% sales, I spent 350k before the update on tesla and other things and yet some people got a huge discount.
• Will you ever put the skins that you get in the ultra containers in the SKIN container by any chance since its a skin container made for skins ?

• Will you make the devastating sales in this we can buy legendary alternations . in these sales we can only buy at least 1 alternations.
• Can you add a "use but not consume supplies" option to parkour mode, now this is too wasteful of supplies.
• Since Flash is completely removed when we are gonna have changes to HTML5 physics for parkour?
• I hear that in-game items from the Russian shop is much cheaper than the same items from other country shops. If its true, then why did you devs make it like that? Wouldn't you benefit more if the Russian shop prices were equal to that of the rest of the countries?
• When will the new tool for mapmaking be released, which was announced in V-LOG 302?
• Will there ever be another war?
• When will the hovering juggernaut comes out? Regular juggernaut controls are so hard to play with on mobile for some players.
• Will you guys be adding a coinbox dropping in the map worth 1000 tankoins like gold boxes?
• Can we expect the parkour in HTML to get fixed ASAP?
• For the developers: why did you decided to delay the patch notes for tanki online on the mobile version?

• Why you have a Automatic Self Destruction when the Tank is on its side? This can be very annoying, We should have a option to Turn it off.

• I remember when you told us that there will be the new wagon mode, so I'm wondering if you could tell us the date of its release or maybe just tell us if it's done or in work
• What motivated you to take off the skin container from the challenge rewards?

• Is it planned in future to make it possible for MM system to have a ability to choose the map the player want to play in every modes?
• Do you plan to add anything like a presets function to Tanki Online?, Because many people have augments paints and shot effects they would like to kkep for a specific combo, so if we are to change equipment in battle, we don't have to waste time by equipping everything.
• When are you going to fix the match making system? I see Warrant officers with 6000 GS!
• When are you going to fix the shard bug that prevents a player from earning X10 shards after completing a match that happens 1 out of 5 times aproximately?
• Are you planning on bringing back unlock ranks for turret augments?
• Will You add more payment options to the shop, like paying with Ethereum or Tether?
• Can we hope to see the return of the skin container in the near future (without in bundles etc. or in shop) so everybody can access them without any payment methods?
• Are you going to add a crystal to tankoin converter?
• Where exactly do you see this game in 6 months time, 1 years time, and 5 years time? Because I am having great difficulty in understanding many of these updates and changes, especially the ones for matchmaking durations.
• When will be release new interface?
• Do you have plans to change the look, texture or style of the Tanki Logo, assets in Maps and the looks and designs of drop boxes and containers, because the current texture would not exactly look good with Tanki in the future, especially with frequent releases of HD styles skins and Updates coming out and the new interface.
• Are you gonna add offline mode so we can play with bots in battle and become better and the xp/crystals will be saved?
• Is it planned to nerf Terminator (maybe make him vulnerable again to firebird and freeze effect) because in test server looks like rocket of Terminator are going very slowly?
• when will hoppers overdrive icon be re sprited? As of right now, the icon is depicting a viking hopping, not a hopper hopping.

• Are you going to make it so you gain experience from catching goldboxes. I have noticed that there are players who mult in battles and only take goldboxes in event mode and avoid ranking up. They do this to go against weaker and less experienced players.
• You say that you wanted to prevent Tesla debuff augments from being OP at close range. However, what you did to remedy it actually ENCOURAGES doing this because a ball lightning dealing only 25% of it's original damage is ineffective at long distances. If you really meant to make them more long-range focused, why didn't you make the damage the same as Electroturret BUT disallowed Tesla from activating the chain lightning after firing a ball for a time? Wouldn't that encourage us to actually choose between the melee or ranged modes rather than mixing them to maul enemies at point blank?
• It's has been serval years, totally around 4 years since the Android version has been released, and we are all looking forward and waiting for the ios version comes up, could we at least get an officially answer of the releasing date for the IOS version, please and it will be absolutely helpful, appreciate it.

• If someone catches a goldbox, why give him 1000 crystals and not give him a goldbox in the inventory?  You can add a "refund" button in the garage to exchange goldboxs to 1000 crystals each if a player wants, but he can keep the goldbox captured and use it when needed. This way there will be new and exciting gameplays with goldboxes.

• Do you plan on rewarding players who used the vote option to get a violator banned? I have noticed that players who have a hacker as a teammate won't vote the hacker. Players going against an opposing team with a player aiding the enemy team (sabotage) won't report that player also.

• Are you going to add a new option to open the container so fast? What I mean is that if you have 10k containers, you can simply press the button open all and it will open so fast and it will save your time instead of wasting more than 1h to open them?

This would improve account security massively, because you would get sent a code to the email linked to your account each time someone tries to enter your account from another IP address. This code would also expire in 60 - 120 seconds, meaning that you have to be fast to type in your code. If the code expires, you have the option to resend the code.

 

The downside is that you have to link an email address to your account, but lets face it - who doesn't have an email address linked to their account? Also, it wouldn't be required to activate (Original idea by @TESL4 btw)

What will happen to Legacy and Prime skins once they need to be converted into HD? Legacy skins are supposed to look just like the game in 2009-2012, but they would stick out if they’re the lowest-resolution things in the game, and Prime skins are literally Ultra skins but not HD.
