Question to Developers

Do you have any plans to update some of the hull ovedrives? Dictator, Titan, Mammoth and possibly Hornet OD are left behind meta, grenades, blasters or just simply time alone made those augments very weak and most of the time useless.

When will the achievement system be restored? It's a cool system, but since the system update for MK7, several achievements are not being counted in the player's profile.

1- Why do you add passive XP to everything?

This is preventing me from collecting on the advent mission and all the other missions were passive XP is added.

I am a low rank and do not want to rank quickly because it makes my account very weak.

2- Why are you deliberately making it hard for low rankers to compete.

3- Why are there no protections at the low ranks.  

4- When are you going to sort out the self destructing issues, especially on gauss and striker.

5- Scrap bots.

Can the loading screen background be changed to a preview image of the map we're entering, like in Tanki X? Basically, using the map preview images from Pro Battles.

In your eyes, are "HD maps" only remastered maps? You have been remastering existing maps for so many years; when will you make a brand new HD map? These remastered maps all contain the same objects with little novelty.

Moreover, I have also heard you say in a V-LOG that remastering an existing map is more complicated than making a new one, so it should also take more time. When you remaster existing maps, you can only follow the original map, with almost no new designs. If you were to make a brand new map, there would be many new map designs, such as movable objects, more complex terrain, and sounds emitted by objects.

Hazel, in the English version of the V-LOGs, why don't you use your own voice to speak, and instead must have that voice actor speak for you?

As we all know to enter <<Hyper>> mode battles we need to solve a robot verification (ReCAPTCHA).

Majority of the player base playing the <<Hyper>> mode uses scripts that bypasses this verification and even uses specialized server clicks/ programs that help to put in a lot of alternate accounts to take up space. Doing so results in other players who actually solve the verification and wanting to join impossible for these specific maps. These players even go as far as making these AFK accounts chat using a chatbot to seem as a real player which confuses the battle moderator.

My question is: Are the developers aware of such issue? Are you guys going to take any steps to counteract this or completely remove this ReCAPTCHA ? As it's harder for rule obeying players to join maps and makes it easy for players who use these scripts and programs.

Do you have purpose to add all the Excelsior augments in containers(for every turret and hull) like you did for example with Blaster augments?

And is pausing the bot-juggernot's shot--mid-discharge-- so that it's turret can rotate and hit an enemy tank a new thing or has that always been present?

If bots are a 'thing', then why am I still being put into matches where some of the enemy tanks' gear scores are 2x and 3x my gear score / Would those not be more fair to include  bots instead of wildly over-powered enemies?

What exactly dictates which tank phases through another tank (and which tanks you can't phase through) during non-spawning?

Dear Developers,

I want to talk about the current punishment system in Tanki Online, especially the permanent bans for cheating and account sharing. Right now, once an account is blocked, it’s forever, but that feels unfair in a lot of cases.

For example, some players move from one country to another, log in from a new place, and instantly get flagged for account sharing. They explain what happened, but nobody believes them, and their account is gone for good. Others might make a mistake one time, regret it, and they never get the chance to return.

Other games already changed how they handle this. Fortnite announced that starting in April 2025, if someone cheats for the first time they only get a one-year ban. A second offense is when they make it permanent. They’re even reviewing old lifetime bans that have lasted more than a year. League of Legends usually gives 14 or 30 day bans and only makes it permanent if the player keeps repeating the same behavior. World of Warcraft often gives suspensions for months or even a year, with lifetime bans kept only for the worst repeat cases. Overwatch does something similar with seasonal or timed bans. Even CS:GO’s VAC bans are permanent but only stop you from joining VAC-protected servers, you can still use other parts of the game.

The common point is that modern games give players a chance to learn from their mistakes instead of removing them forever after one issue. That’s why I think Tanki should also move to a time-based system. Something like one year for the first offense, two or three years for the second, and only then a lifetime ban if the player still keeps breaking rules.

This would be more fair and would also help players who made an honest mistake, like logging in from a new country. Tanki has been around for a long time and people have put years of effort and money into their accounts. Losing all of that over one mistake feels too harsh. A system that gives people another chance would keep the game strong and keep players loyal.

If Epic Games can modernize their system, I believe Tanki Online can too.
