The Xbox Game Bar is a free-to-use tool available on Windows. With Xbox Game Bar, you can capture your gaming session quite easily with its simple screen recorder feature. Here are the following steps to get this tool on your system—

Step 1 : 

Install the software from the Microsoft Store app or website on your Windows PC.
 

Step 2 : 

Once the software has been installed, you can press the Win+G buttons to access the tool or open the application from the Start menu.
 

Step 3 :

You can now open your game and begin capturing the best moments that weren’t possible to record before!
 

Few notes to remember: 

• You must make sure that the Game Bar feature detects only your game and not other applications. Failure in checking the above before recording may end up in recording your desktop or any other opened applications.

 

 

• You can confirm that the software is recording in the top right corner of your screen. 

 

Software settings : 

You can find the settings for the Game Bar feature in the Windows Settings itself.
 

Here you can modify your keyboard shortcuts, increase or decrease the recording framerate, improve the audio quality, and so on… 

Problem and their Solutions :

If in any case the software fails to respond to your commands or fails to work at all, open the following application from the Settings. 

Search for the Game Bar application and select "Advanced options". 

 

 

Select "Repair," and it should immediately update and fix the software. If it fails to show any progress, select "Reset" or "Terminate" to reboot the application.
