Very cool the new look of the dictator, hehe boy!

I made a quick comparison if you are interested. The HD hull is not smaller, in fact, it is even taller than before.

I was hoping that they would make the platform for turrets bigger on Dictator HD and stop the turrets (apart from Isida and Magnum and Striker) looking they are going to fall off the front, but nope

But the struts are a great idea because they take away some of the bulk that made Dictator look a bit weird; I've never used Dictator because of its looks

Please make Dictator bigger like it was before. There were no reason to shrink it down, just for the sake of a new HD skin. Dictator HD should fit and wrap properly around the hull, keeping the original size of the hull the same as before.
