Also I would like to have an about section in your profiles, like what moderators have. I would love to write a brief about myself + mention some of my topics (especially the merged ones)

So, what? It has Mods and Admins just like here. It was mentioned to prove a point that even platforms with million of users can have custom Avatars and more. 

And Reddit so far it's the closest thing we have to old school Forums, which have died out for the most part thanks to those toxic social apps.

Why did the topic got declined? isn't it simple to not change your avatar to the administration or the helpers? I mean if someone does that then simply warn them or remove their permission to change avatars.

I don't know. This was a valid idea. That is true that developers can put restrictions in place to forbid administration avatars, and allow custom avatars that are different from all the Tanki Online Administration and Forum Administrators, so that players can use standard avatars, which have custom images.

It is too easy for developers to simply deny and decline this topic, rather than developing the suggestions for custom avatars for players. I have removed the cartoonish avatar I used a while ago because I find it ugly, childish, foolish, and inappropriate to my own personal personality standings. I only want to use an avatar that describes me. Therefore, I want to use a Riddler Avatar, but for me to do that, I need the possibility granted to me to freely choose a custom avatar from my computer's hard drive.

For the reasons I mentioned in last page, I think they will never implement custom avatars.  But I think at least they should offer us a large variety of them like tanki combos who represent you (hornet rico).  Current avatars are just horrible and you may doubt about mental health of who use them!

I agree. Current avatars are horrible. I hate them, so I never use them. Avatars that represents combos would be a very ideal to represent the favourite combos of turrets equipped. That is a good idea.
