simple question... you might be able to answer... maybe

Question

Someone probably intoxicated at the time decided that to chat or vote, one needs to participate in some matchmaking battles or at least this is what appears in yellow when trying to type something. I assume matchmaking is the process to press Play, then Quick Battle, and end up between those noob kids pressing 12345 continuously. How many games or how many minutes of additional pain are required to get back the possibility to chat/vote?

Hello!

For the activity, according to the wiki

Quote

As an anti-flood measure, you must have participated in at least three Matchmaking battles within the past 30 days to be able to send messages in the chat (applies for both lobby chats and battle chats). If you have not played recently and attempt to send a chat message you will be prompted to play a few battles instead.

More informations about it can be found here.

As for the Vote option, as a reminder just in case, the vote option can only be used for Battle Violations, not Chat Violations. However if you find any Battle violation excluding any parkour battle. You need to record a video and report it in the appropriate place right here. Make sure to read the reporting rules first. Then, previously I excluded the parkour battles, the reason why is because according to the report rules, the complaints on parkour battles are only considered in real time, in which case, only the "Vote" option works.

Back to your issue, if you are still not under those cases (new player or inactivity), please contact help@tankionline.com to solve the issue.

Good luck!

At first it was only for new accounts, you had to play 3 matchmaking battles to be able to chat in the lobby. In the last patch, September 2, they also added that inactive accounts would be added to this system, although, it mentions only inactive accounts that they will not be able to chat both in MM and in the lobby.

You can see it here:

@Gabe2607 Did you get your answer?

Got the answer, thank you. Now I understood the rule. But I do not agree with the rule :D.  "Anti-flood measure"... what exactly are they avoiding in sending a non-drugger into a drugger battle? And by the way, I made two complete battles and two partial battles, and now I can chat. Next month I will try three partial battles of 1 minute.
