Weapon Has No Effect

This has bugged me for years now, on every account, and with any weapon. I enter a game, I can pick up supplies, no other issues, but my weapon just has no effect on the enemy.

I don't log out, but if I shut down, wait a few seconds, and start again (in a new battle) then it works (sometimes after two, three, four attempts!). This happens all the time, sometimes for a long time!

Any ideas?

No-damage bug is common in the game. 
The only temporary solution is to refresh the entire game. You can also try to clear your game cache before joining any battles.

I notice this too sometimes especially when it is laggy. Usually I don't have this no damage problem; just laggy lagstorm times. Ya, Just RELOAD the page or

use browser google chrome seems to work fairly well. Maybe check to see if your internet provider is giving you non laggy connection too.
