I think there are several problems currently with maps.

First and most annoying for me is that I am unable to choose which daytime mode i play(night, evening, or daylight). playing in morning night mode is painful for eyes and i am forced to quit and try and find new game, while it is good at night and i would prefer it at night. Isn't it possible to make mode you play be chosen from settings(it is possible to change whether you see skybox or not so it should be possible to choose daytime too)

And second thing that is annoying for me is that maps are repetitive and get boring. like in MM there are only about 30 maps, while in total there are around 80 maps. what makes it worse is that some are more common than others(like I cant remember last time i played Kungur, whereas chernobyl is pretty common and i play it maybe even several times a day). Don't you think that if maps were seasonal, it would bring variety to game(maybe like choose some random 10 maps and make them only maps playable during 1 week and another week choose other 10 and so on) it would also be great if all maps 80, not only 30 were chosen to be created.

p.s. if answer to second complaint is to play Pro battles, the problem with pro battles is that its hard to gather people and it is often wasted 10,20 or even more minutes, like there may gather 5 people and then 1 leaves and all follow :DD. MM system is good, its just that maps are repetitive.

Tanki is play on the whole global, morning for you and other on opposite of earth is at night.

So which mode to show for map in that case.

Also night mode is great to stealthy attack

I know that some players may have night when i have morning, what i am saying is for everyone to be able to choose for themselves. 

As for stealthy attacks i agree. But to be honest, players who use stealthy attacks are pretty rare(not many play for it) so i still think it won't affect gameplay much

 

I will specify what my problems really were.

I am not really affected by being forced in night mode, i just leave battle and try find one with day mode on. its just that leaving battles and so on i think make for bad experience for other players, and if others act because of it too that may be problem for overall game experience, but it seems i alone am like that :DD so it seems it doesn't really need any change.

as for maps becoming boring, i guess i am alone here too. this is sad, but well, if other players don't mind i guess its ok.( but it may be one of reasons tanki becomes more and more boring for people. its just my thought through)
