I know we never get the special mode on Black Friday, but we get it every other weekend. So we get another Black Friday next week that everybody knows, but it was probably supposed to be a normal weekend with some special mode, so we get special mode on Black Friday?

It will be delayed until the next Friday the game running again smooth. As for mission for special mission for black Friday, ofc, if there is Black Friday then there will be special missions as well. Watch the video from 2:11 about Black Friday delays.

Those who did not claim the first apology token and missed 100 candies are facing some difficulties regarding completing the islands, in my case, I needed 7 steps to complete the 3rd island, but now I can't finish it. moreover, those who claimed it on the 1st day have more superiority than we who did not claim it. This is not fair, we who did not claim it deserve that apology token as well as those who claimed it because we experienced game problems too. This need to be solved the way that everyone gets token(s) equally.

To be fair to developers, it would be impossible for them to retrieve data of who received that apology and who didn't as this isn't something you would want to store(unless they did lol)

I know this is asking for too much, but exactly what kind of accident did the servers suffer ? Was is a technical accident or some destruction of property of sort.

On Tuesday i see the token of apology and i check how many days do i have to claim it. Then i checked the calendar to see if i can delay it 1 day (to take it on Wednesday) so i can have Premium account till next Friday in case there is a special mission for Premium passes the following 2 fridays. Guess what, i didnt take the token on Tuesday and from Wednesday the game became unavailable. 

Dont try to outsmart tanki, i look like a fool now while i thought i was a genius on Tuesday  

Now they tell us that those who didnt claim it, wont claim it at all. Very fairplay  Lesson learned tho, never try to outsmart this game, never overthink cause you will end up hating yourself and tanki at the same time.

I dont have a problem to not play the game these days, take as much time as you guys want. im just dissapointed by the decision to not let those who didnt claim the first token, claim it after the game is back.

This is probably the most response I have seen the Dev's being to understanding the need to communicate with players - and despite not being able to play, I have to say... thank you !! Yes, it's frustrating, it's inconvenient etc.. etc.. - but I, for one, actually really appreciate being told the current position of things.

Happy for the communication but my one problem is the first token of apology, those who claimed it in that 8hr window now have an unfair advantage.

That is good they have this vlog; but still vague on what sort of accident in detail. Like perhaps a SSD wore out; but I'm would think they make backups. Hazel says they will try to restore your private data. We will have to go thru our turret/hulls see if we have all our augments..etc...

Perhaps you are a little too optimistic because, if they were as you write, they would have already put an end to the problem, but I think they are going on with attempts. It was better that as developers they hadn't developed so many useless tanks and strange events, and instead dedicated themselves to making the game safe without burdening the servers. Used translator I hope the concept is not distorted.

but based on how instable things goes, i just claim immediately,

but who remembers the good old days when there was no ddos attacks? they were the best days of our lives and many tankers are gonna become crazy because they can't get off tanki for more than 2 hours

Yes true but the previous token of apology was available for a whole day, so if you couldnt log in that that is your fault as this token is for players who are active and log in everyday. Regardless im sure they will give another one to compensate its just you need to be more aware if these are available only takes a second to log in and claim.

How? Its your fault you where told when this token would be available from if you didnt log in and claim it. If your an active player you would have gotten it pretty easily as it was available nearly 15+ hours on the first day

Ridiculous, I don't know if you read the announcement that players have two days to claim it, but the next day the server goes down,so you think it's the player's fault? It was a complete accident. However, developers should take into account that this part of the players who have not claimed it, and it is not difficult to get the list of this part of the player. Otherwise it's not fair.

We did log in, we just didnt want to claim it that day because we were smart... dont leave it for 2 days if you dont promise to make it available for the 2nd day...
