✩ Whom to contact?

Seeking assistance is the first step in solving any problem. By contacting the appropriate person, you can get your issue resolved more quickly. The following is a list of common issues that many players encounter on a daily basis, along with the person to contact in each situation.

Chat

Chat bans

Chat moderators are responsible for enforcing rules in the chat and keeping it free from violations. However, mistakes can occur and players may be mistakenly banned. If you feel that your ban was not justified, then appeal by filling out this form. If you have any other queries, please contact a Chat Administrators (@rommeltanki or @Jack) via Forum PM.

Reporting chat violations

If a player uses inappropriate language or insults others in the chat, you can report them. In the lobby chat, click on their nickname and select "Report the message". In a battle, you can open the context menu using CTRL + ENTER, then click their name and "Report the message". You can also ignore players by left-clicking on their nickname and selecting 'Ignore' or by using the '/block' chat command (e.g. '/block NICKNAME'). This will prevent you from seeing their messages in the chat.

The Game

In-game blocks

Players may be blocked for violating the Game Rules. If you believe that your block was unfair:

Reporting battle violations

Any form of battle violation (such as hack, cheats, sabotage etc..) can be reported on the Game Violations section over the RU Forum. Before reporting a violation, make sure you read the rules of the section. You may also use the vote command if there is a game violator in your battle.

Forum

Forum bans

The forum is moderated to ensure that it remains free of violations. When a violation is identified, a moderator may ban the user in accordance with the rules. If you have been banned from the forum and feel that the ban was not justified, you should appeal by filling out this form. For other questions regarding the Forum, contact our Forum Administrator @Spy via Forum PM.

Recovering your old forum account

In 2019, the forum's engine was updated, but this caused a bug that resulted in some users having their forum accounts duplicated. This means that some users ended up with a new forum account, while their old account could not be accessed. Fortunately, this issue can be resolved. To fix it, you just need to message @Spy via private message on the forum.

Removed posts/topics

It is the responsibility of our Forum Moderators to keep the forum free from violations, so it is possible that your posts or topics may be removed. If you believe that your post or topic was removed in error, you can contact one of our Forum Moderators via private message on the forum to discuss the matter

Social Media

Discord bans

For any eSports-related question, please create a ticket in the eSports website.

Helpers of the Game

Complaining about a Helper

Helpers are representatives of the game and are expected to follow all rules. If you wish to file a complaint against a Helper, you should contact the appropriate Administrator via private message on the forum. The Administration will review your report and take any necessary actions. It is important to remember that Helpers are expected to uphold high standards of behavior and professionalism.

Complaining about an Administrator

Like Helpers, Administrators are also representatives of the game and are expected to adhere to all rules and uphold high standards of behavior and professionalism. If you wish to file a complaint against an Administrator, you should contact one of the Head Administrators or the Community Manager via private message on the forum. They will review your report and take any necessary actions.

Head Administration

The Head Administration plays a key role in managing and overseeing the community. They assist the Community Manager with a variety of tasks, including scheduling announcements, conducting checks, and managing the community helper teams. If you have any issues with an administrator or have suggestions for improving the functioning of the EN Community, you should contact the Head Administration or the Community Manager. They will be happy to listen to your concerns and ideas and take appropriate action as needed.

Community Manager

The community manager serves as a link between the players and developers, working to foster a positive and productive relationship between the two groups. They have a level of authority that surpasses that of other administrators, and are responsible for managing the community and addressing any issues that may arise. If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints about the way the community is being run, you should direct them to the Community Manager or the Head Administration. They will be happy to help you and ensure that your needs are addressed.

Notes:

If you have an issue that cannot be resolved by the Administration or the Head Administration, please contact the Community Manager. While the Community Manager is happy to assist with any concerns or problems you may have, they do not have the authority to unblock your account. This is the responsibility of the Technical Support department. Additionally, the Community Manager is responsible for communicating updates and news from the developers to the players, but they do not have control over the release of updates.
