Both are true , 1st one tells us the total test tubes we earned in one faction will move to other and 2nd one clarifies that the missions we did before changing faction would have 0 progress and we will have to do them again. It's more of like they will give you the chance of doubling  the test tube fund for the faction but you will have to do missions again for your personal rewards. It is done to restrict players from changing faction in the last day.

 there shld be a 1% chance of loss of control after each respawn for tanks of the lossing team updated every day. 

so while you play every button you press does the opposite thing and will last until u self or die

do i need to spend 400k for vaccum shells or will there be another way to get test tubes 

mainly asking since sale is comming and will be sad if the decide to release more ways to get test tubes

might just wait until im level 23 and see how things turn out

You can get maximum 24 test tube for free and vacuum shells come in level 27(You need to purchase 3 more tubes). I would say wait for Christmas sale to see if they give some discount for test-tubes or not. If they give then go for it or if not then you have to spend full 400 000 crystals for 3 Test Tubes in order to get Vacuum Shells.

So even if I buy the event pass today (a couple days after the event has started), I'll still have the opportunity to complete all 24 missions to get the 24 test tubes?

If somebody can help confirm this for me it'd be appreciated.

No, because the event has already started and we get one daily mission in every day.

If you buy the event pass on today and finish the today's mission, then you just skipped 2 test tubes.

But it states in the OP:

IMPORTANT: Each day of the event you get 1 new mission. All missions are available till January 9th.

Can somebody clarify if this means all missions including past days that you miss if signing up late?
