I tried to log in the snow trap minigame for about an hour but the page keeps telling me that my username or my password is wrong. Can someone explain why?

Probable solutions:

1. Check whether your name has been typed correctly. (This is case sensitive).
2. Check whether your password has been typed correctly. (This is also case sensitive).
3. Try using a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave).
4. Don't use autofill, type your nickname and password character by character.
5. Try changing your password.
6. If none of these helped, then contact tanki's technical support at https://en.tankiwiki.com/Technical_Support and choose in which one of the 4 categories your problem falls in and fill in a form accordingly.
