I think its best if I provide a pic to help me explain. I apologize in advanced if its hard to read.

The part that says "Your topic has been approved" should be changed to:

"Your topic has been published: (title of the topic) -status: valid (or whatever tag the idea has been marked with)".

That'll be nice, every time I get the notification, I keep thinking it was made valid because of the word "approved".

A change like that would require some convoluted plug-in that changes basic functionality of the forum engine. I think that, with the customisation tools available, devs can change the way that notification box looks, or change the text "Your topic was approved:" to something else, but I doubt that there's possibility of also adding a note for the tag that has been assigned.

To be honest, It'd be fine if they just replaced the word "approved" to "published".
