Are Tanki's servers worse than other online games?

Even now when the server issues are supposedly fixed from the DDOS attack there are still some problems. Often when I play there's tanks that move in laggy ways or are teleporting, sometimes when you hit tanks it doesn't do any damage (like every 6th shot maybe), and sometimes the audio doesn't work so the game is almost silent.

There are several games with server problems.
Most of the lags are not continuously, they happen time to time and just for a moment. 

I would recommend you to check your connection. 
Sometimes it's you with the connection problems (high ping) or the other players.

That makes no sense, my internet is decent and I can play any online game without any problems with low ping 20-50, but Tanki online lags so much it's unplayable, my highest recorded ping in TO is 60,000 and I'm not kidding, here's a picture as proof

So there's definitely something particularly crappy about Tanki's servers in other words.

I always want to ask but lazy to open a topic. Last weeks I have a very bad game experience. I'm being kicked 3-5 times every battle and I refresh the page. I couldn't tell if my internet is stable or not, I tried to measure but don't know. Is this only me or everyone else?

Of course they disagree.

But...

1) they are providing a product and should ensure the product works.

and

2) they've been using this excuse since 2013 (or my personal favorite 'clear your browser cache')
