The augment itself doesn't guarantee wins or even kills. Sure if you just let the enemy shoot at you, then of course you're gonna die! And most of the time, it's those people who are complaining. Literally do something about it! Hulls and drones are in the game for a reason! Heck, even in most cases, you don't even have to fight them!

@Opex-Rah This is too little compensation, what about the price of buying a drone, what about accelerations, besides, players bought upgrades when there were no discounts to save time.

You're still going to turn these drones into upgrades, and they're the ones that make the game harder (specifically: Pulsar, Concussion/Disruptor/Armour-Piercing projectiles)

Also, some players have spent Tankoins on drones

But removing the battery is a good change

Imagine a company that doesn't remove/nerf turrets, hulls, and drones because people have spent money on them.

Imagine a company that doesn't do beta testing in live arenas because it isn't ethical to have a vastly superior tank play against lesser tanks (who have paid money).

Most players are addicted to the game which is what the devs like to see.

Summary:- players are in general weak willed and the buyers even more so. The devs are sly and manipulative and will never do anything in the players best interests, which is a undeniable, unequivocal and unquestionable 100% fact.

By "seeing the light" I take it you mean what is best for the game from a players standpoint in regards to how the devs do things within the game via updates. I refer you to the post above this one..

No you never said anything about harm, but I think your comparison of a situation in tanki to pharmaceutical and automobile tinkering is a harmful way to look at things. You compared a minor thing in a game to 2 things that can potentially endanger lives. Your comparison was so asinine that you'd be even lucky, if someone could come up with a comparison that's just as bad or even worse.

i think the compensation for taking away drones is insultingly low.  Most of my upgrades were done at full price and i bought around 2 days of speed ups with each upgrade. the sales are nice but  it would take the better part of 2 years to upgrade a drone if you only upgraded with sales. Ain't nobody got time for that.  Not compensating for the time and crystals is it takes to over come the time delay is going to make you customers extremely mad at you. if 60% is all your compensating for i would propose you have a 50% sale with free upgrades. the people that miss this sale will not be fairly compensated. The people that already  have all the drones bought and upgraded  60% is still an insult because I  lilkely paid  100% or more for  of those upgrades and all the time.  You are also taking away my most used drones as well.

now you need to step back and take a look at the bigger picture.. see if the drones go , then what will replace them. there was talk about nano bots coming into the game, if so this means we would now have to buy / and upgrade them all over again. adding a new item in the game will now change the dynamics and balance  .

seeing players with fully stocked drones and upgrades will have a surplus of crystals ,to be able to purchase and upgrade or buy energy to keep them a float . where as someone with little to no crystals will be left on the side lines.

right now we have players with half or more upgraded drones , it will be harder for them to get them upgraded compared to a player with surplus of crystals will be over powering others . making the game heavily unbalance / which in a way it is right now . but players still have time to get them done. where as starting from the start is more a pain then one thinks.

also you need to think will these new items be able to be purchase with crystals or we need tankions to buy them .. only time will tell

sir  seeing that the flying bugs will be gone ,we would then have to deal with a bug running all over the place with your tank. once you command it to stop and stay or attack another tank then a new one will form. making it be nothing but spots moving on your screen next to tanks and over time it creates a headache - as you see flashes of moving objects . check out you-tube videos on tanki x

this is why I don't want nano bots in the game.
